Summary: The property is in an amazing location near the train station and not too long a walk from the beach through town. Stayed with 5 other lads and we were all impressed by the property and the way it was styled. The pool on the roof is in need of renovation but is still a nice addition. The whole place really gives that sense of being downtown and part of the scene. Unfortunately, we broke the terms of stay by making too much noise one night before going out and had our deposit withdrawn and were threatened to be thrown out the property. These consequences were very clear in the agreement, so we do take responsibility. However, it was a big shame because we took care of not being too loud, and when we were notified by the neighbour, he implored that it was okay and not to worry. We were just on our way out anyway and left thinking everything was okay. It was only the next day that we were notified of our possible eviction. With all the bustling city noise at night, that would often keep us awake, we were taken aback by this extreme reaction. So please, when out there, do take care to abide by the noise rules or you will lose your deposit promptly. All in all, great pad and would recommend for short stays.

Summary: My Space Capital’s listing was exactly what was advertised. Clean, spacious and accommodating. A good location just outside the very busy areas of the city. Amin welcomed us in person and was a pleasure to deal with. As was Stephanie who we dealt with via Email. Any queries or issues we had were quickly answered from both of them. I would recommend them and if staying in Barcelona again I will be requesting their services.
