Positive: The apartment serves its purpose to house 7 people. The location was great and there’s a 24hr supermarket next door. The cleaners who couldn’t speak any English but they were friendly and did a good job.
Negative: You didn’t have to collect the keys despite being told that we had to which would have been at a different address than the apartment. That’s a pain. You can gain entry to the apartment by using the JustIn app. The downstairs toilet does not have a screen so you can be viewed on the loo if you’re in the bedroom or sat on the terrace! If you’re using the kitchen sink the stairs jut out causing a H&S hazard as you can bang your head on sharp metal. They also send people around on a weekend to check if you’re making any noise in the apartment. So we had a discussion with their operative that we weren’t making noise that would cause our neighbours to complain

Positive: Great location, good rooftop and view. Helpful staff and excellent communication.
Negative: Slightly dilapidated, in need of some extra care and attention. For example, no shower screen in bathroom means the entire bathroom is a wet room (little bit mouldy), the washing machine leaked and flooded one of the bedrooms but the staff were very helpful with that.
Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay.
