Positive: The location was great. Close enough to the center but far enough to be a real neighborhood. The apartment was well set up with a comfortable bottom floor for family hangouts and bedrooms upstairs. Wonderful to have great AC during the heat wave. And a pool right out the back door.

Negative: Be aware of the deposit ( €400) you have to pay and have to wait 2 weeks for the amount to come back into your account after check out. Also staff is not responding when you text after check out that nothing was damaged or any reason you should be aware while you there so you can confirm about extra charge they will add to your deposit. No ideal with deposit money. Everyone need to be careful before booking as this is not very visible when you book and you find out about it when you go to check in

Negative: Very inconvenient to pick up keys 15 min. From location. Specially when walking. Entrance door broken, doesn’t lock, no lights. The building was undergoing repairs…2 apartments I could see & elevator was gutted. Inside apartment #5. Washer left my close smelly..dryer not wrk. & tile in kitchen counter cracked. Tile On floor loose., was afraid of waking over it. Everything a bit old..needs a bit of help & repair.
Summary: Final result is we were safe at night. For that we were grateful
