This modern penthouse apartment located in the Putxet neighborhood in the northern part of the city is ideal for those looking for a relaxed stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.
The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Homer - Escipió / Pl. Lesseps - Riera de Vallcarca) and the metro (Lesseps / Pàdua / Fontana). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.
This bright 3-floor apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.
Next to the kitchen the spacious living room and the terrace located on the third floor of the apartment will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower.
From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

Summary: Overall the place was ok for the price but lacked a lot of things! For starters there was no trash can in the bathrooms. Actually it was just 1 trash can in the whole house. So no where to put feminine products but the toilet! There were no cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves. And the beds were extremely hard! The steps are very hard to go up and down have to be very careful! There is a nasty stench in the home that smells like dogs and cigarettes and the smell is on all my stuff now that I’m home! Even with a candle lit the smell was bad! There were no napkins at all and not enough tissue for a weeks stay! Also even though quiet hours say 9 people are loud all night and early mornings! The plus side of this place is that the location is close to a lot of stuff it was easy to get around nice restaurants and stores near by! So for the price I lived through it but need to step it up get plug in’s all around the house to keep a good smell in the home!

Summary: The managers were very responsive to all questions/issues. Tasty restaurant recommendations! They introduced us to the “cabify” app for getting car services (similar to Uber), which came in handy with our rainy stay, but also arranged our cab to take us to train station at the end of our stay. Could have walked to many attractions. Nice selection of restaurants and shops in the area. The bed were very comfortable as was the whole apartment ... and very clean.

Summary: Property is in wonderful location. Close to groceries, pharmacy and restaurants. Building is quiet. Apartment fully stocked and clean. Only issue was the check in process. You had to go directly to the office, on the other side of town, to get keys and finish paperwork. Other than that great stay.

Summary: The beds are very comfortable and it is equipped with everything you need. The location is very good, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city and the subway and bus stop is very close if you prefer not to walk.

Summary: Strange apt configuration with all the stairs and rooms were very small. But was perfect for our group of 6 as we weren’t there but to sleep and shower. Good central location to sites, trains, buses. Very affordable.

Summary: There are multiple issues with this listing. 1. By booking this rental, you are paying the property directly and NOT through Vrbo, so you forfeit your rights under Vrbo's Book with Confidence guarantee. I was asked for a 30% deposit up front. This was a big surprise; nothing in the listing indicated this. 2. Check-in is a 1km walk from the property. Nothing in the listing indicates this, either. The property manager would not meet us at the property. 3. The property manager listed (Apartment Barcino Rentals) is not the actual property manager. The company that runs this operation is actually Myspace Barcelona (Google it), so I felt misled. 4. This property requires a 400 euro deposit, which took a while to be returned after check-out. 5. As far as the accommodation: The unit was very bare bones, and also had cleanliness issues. The fully equipped kitchen did not include soap, detergent, or trash bags. Only one toilet paper roll per bathroom was provided for an eight-night stay. The hammock in the photos was missing. The caliber of the guests in other units was low; they were disrespectful and played loud music for hours each day. Overall, this unit provides low value for the money.
