Positive: We had a wonderful 7-day stay in KL at a very clean and comfortable apartment. The instructions for accessing the apartment were perfect and hassle-free, with the owner contacting us two days prior to provide all necessary details. A special thank you to Ariffin and his wife, who thoughtfully left milk, bread, and cereal for us upon arrival. Traveling overnight with a little one, this gesture was incredibly kind and much appreciated, saving us from having to immediately search for food. The apartment was equipped with all amenities and cooking utensils, had excellent Wi-Fi, good security, a Good kids area, and a relaxing pool area. I even noticed the security personnel patrolling each building floor even at 1 am. There’s a good supermarket next door in the same building as the Hilton DoubleTree. There is also a convenient 24/7 self-service shop in the building, you need a local mobile number to set up the app for access, which you can get from a 7-Eleven store. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return when we visit KL next time.
