Positive: Hairs on loo seat,overall cleanliness e.g cobwebs, dodgy bed, one of single beds dipped in middle and heating noise terrible, had to keep turning it down, as noise was terrible. The main positives were the location and friendly dogs.

Positive: We loved our stay here. Beautiful farm lands making you feel isolated but still a stones throw away from the busy centers. We loved being greeted by the on site dogs! Very clean very comfy. Very homely

Negative: As an improvement milk would be a great addition for a cup of tea on arrival. Double bed does need upgrading but still comfy.
