Summary: Microwave quit working. No pool. Staff super kind but hotel needs updating.

Summary: Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were really nice. We did have a loose tile in the bathroom but otherwise o issues.

Summary: We make an annual trip to Lawton and have been disappointed in most of the hotels we have visited. This one is a happy exception. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be back next year!

Summary: The staff was very friendly. The room was nice with a medium-sized fridge. The bathroom was showing its age and we could not get the water to turn off completely in the tub so it dropped the entire time. Also, the bathroom door did not close completely. The breakfast was somewhat inedible, but there is a little room with some snacks available for purchase. Overall it was perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights. I don't know that I would want to stay long term.

Summary: From the front desk to the housekeeping and ground men everyone was incredibly kind, caring and so helpful. This will always be my go to when staying in town!

Summary: When we arrived, things were fine until we walked down the hall where we found fresh dog poop on the floor. In our room, we had two little towels and paint chipping off of the ceiling. The next day, after housekeeping did not come to the room, and we asked about it, we were told we had to ask for housekeeping and that there were signs. I looked around for those signs after that and still couldn’t find anything that said we would t get housekeeping unless we called to request it. So, still then after I did request towels, we got nothing. Then, a water main broke in Lawton and there was no water. In trying to talk to Michelle at the front desk to try to get solutions and find out how this would be addressed, we were told we could leave and get a refund or stay and nothing would be done whatsoever. During this conversation, she proceeded to answer two phone calls, tell me I wasn’t being nice, tell me to calm down, tell me to lower my voice when I wasn’t yelling, and make snide remarks, in addition to telling me I wasn’t yelling being unkind to her. She then refused several times to contact her manager after being horribly rude. Eventually the water came back on hours later. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again. While they are not responsible for the water main, they are responsible for the conduct of their employees, and this was exceptionally poor behavior.

Summary: Staff very helpful and really nice. Breakfast was typical and as expected, we checked out with full bellys, the coffee on the other hand was undrinkable, but not a big deal, we were headed out and picked up some elsewhere. The bathroom was my issue...need a good bleaching or relining is the rub and the floors need a really good scrubbing (in the restroom) but other than that, we'll stay again when in Lawton.
