Summary: We stayed two weeks in this lovely house with six persons and it fully exceeded our expectations! The house is a duplex house, consisting of two separate units, each with a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with a bathroom. Each house has two floors and is provided with a good airco - which we needed during the heat of summer. The charming house is situated on the top of a hill, providing very nice views. The garden, including the swimming pool area is secluded and provides ample privacy. The owners, Teresa and her husband, live further up the hill and are wonderful and very friendly people. They were very helpful during our stay and provided us with helpful tips on the area. The house is located in a charming, but very small village. It has two bars, a small bakery and supermarket, but if you need more groceries, you’ll need to drive down the hill to one of the neighbouring villages 10-15 kilometers. You can catch buses to Rome on the main road (strada provinciale) or the train from Mandela station (about 10 kilometers away by car), but you’ll need a car to go to the main road, which is approx. 3 kilometers from the village and about 300 meters downhill. All in all, we had a lovely stay in this lovely and very private vacation home, and when time and situation permits, we’d definitely love to revisit!

Summary: We had a great two weeks staying at this villa. Theresa is a very warm and welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house is large with a wonderful pool and a great view. It was easy to get to Rome and Tivolj and see the sites. Thoroughly recommend!

Summary: A beautiful house in a great location. Due to the higher elevation there is a pleasant climate, it does not get as hot as in the surrounding area. The house is well equipped. We assumed when booking that it is a four bedroom house, however, it is two separate units (a duplex) with two bedrooms each. Since our children are younger, we all stayed in one house, which was also sufficient space-wise for the five of us. The garden is just wonderful. Teresa is very nice and friendly, had excellent tips for day trips and was always immediately responsive to questions. The village is great. It is not very touristy and you sit at coffee and dinner between mostly locals, which we enjoyed very much. The location is also great for day trips to Rome or Tivoli.

Summary: What we expected and what we got, were really different. The listing makes it seem like it’s a big Villa with four bedrooms/bathrooms, all situated in one house. It’s really a duplex situation side by side with separate entrances. My 2 children and I were looking forward to having our own rooms to sleep in since we had been sharing hotel rooms on this trip. However, both of my kids were creeped out because it meant someone would be in the other unit alone. Now this place is great for 2 families wanting to stay together but separately. The unit closes to the pool area, has the bedrooms downstairs and the kitchen/living room upstairs. We didn’t stay there because it smelt really bad upstairs. Like something was rotten. When Teresa was showing us around upstairs, she completely ignored the smell. We stayed in the back unit. The living room, kitchen are downstairs and the two bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. Disclaimer, we were there during a heat wave. IT WAS HOT this duplex Villa has NO A.C. and NO SCREENS on any of the doors or windows. If you open the windows or doors you risk an invasion of mosquitoes. We were bitten a lot. There were no fans to help circulate air. This is a beautiful property, the pool was great but no lay flat lounger chairs. And again, lots of mosquitoes and big ants all around the pool area. No laying out on the grass because ants will crawl all over you. Nice area but wouldn’t stay there again.

Summary: We had a lovely relaxing stay, after a hectic week sightseeing in Rome. The villa has everything you would need and a beautiful garden and perfect pool. The villa is actually split in two with a double (both ensuite) and twin bedroom (one ensuite, and other with adjacent toilet/shower room), kitchen and sitting area in each. Perfect for 2 families or in our case, us and our teenage boys who where delighted to have their "own house". The wi-fi was stronger in our half of the villa so it meant that they had to come over to our side to socialise! Cineto is a lovely little village with a great little shop that sells most things, and there are larger supermarkets on the road to Tivoli (3 villas worth visiting) and Subiaco (hill town with nearby monasteries). There is a restaurant just round the corner from the villa and a bar in town. Communication with Teresa was easy, she lives next door, but we had no problems.

Summary: This is a wonderful property with the most stunning views and a short journey from Rome. We stayed as a family utilising the whole of the property, which is was just perfect for our needs with a great pool and lovely gardens. The house is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Rome is an inexpensive train journey from a train station less than 5 minutes away where parking is free. We travelled in on 2 occasions for 3 Euros each way pp. 2 minutes from the house is a delightful pizzeria with spectacular views across the mountains. A car is required to access the house, but there are a number of towns nearby worth a visit. The owners are very nice and helpful , situated nearby if you need any advice or help during your stay. I would highly recommend this property if you wish to have a beautiful base to visit the area and Rome. We hope to revisit one day.

Summary: This villa and garden with a cozy pool area is the best holiday residential we have ever had. The house is tasteful furnished, with a wonderful terrace on the 1st floor with a view to the garden, pool and mountains. The villa was very nice and clean. The photos don't lie - actually it looks even better in reality. The climate inside is very pleasant, even when it is hot outside, despite the lack of air conditioning. In the garden are a lot of shadow places, so you can always find a shelter for the sun. The kitchens are fine, and there is a nice restaurant with a breathtaking view just a few hundred meters from the villa. The owner, who is neighbor to the villa, was extremely kind and helpful in all matters. We had a little accident with one of our kids, and she phoned a doctor and even offered to go with us to the hospital if necessary. This was a great comfort to us. This is a place, you certainly will miss, when you get home.
