Summary: This hotel was in a lovely location. We just had the pizza for dinner but it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Staff were professional and friendly. Walking around outside was lovely and we really enjoyed the pools.

Summary: We had an amazing stay and loved the place. If I had any complaints, it would be that check in was standing completely still for what felt like 15min, this because there was only one receptionist at the desk at the time (and she was definitely doing her best to get things moving so no blame on her) and the queue got long. When finally another receptionist showed up it moved more quickly. My second conplaint is with this other receptionist ; when we checked in she said our room number out loud so everyone around us heard it. I have learnt that this is something that should never be done, for safety reasons. Maybe they don't follow this precaution at this hotel, but I felt uneasy by it since it is such strict thing at other hotels.

Summary: We stayed for the weekend with 1,5 yrs old child. Hotel was quite ok but things related to child we weren't satisfied. The hotel wasn't very child friendly, except for the playroom. Travel crib with the mattress was bad, nothing in the spa locking room or shower area to help you with child (chair for example), only one microwave in 3rd floor for public use. Also no little pools for children in spa. Breakfast was great, room was clean, staff were nice. Big thumbs up for the playroom.
