Summary: everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.

Summary: Nice spot on the water, but the upkeep of the property has not been done. It's not as pictured. Please note the nice looking pool as pictured is only for a certain type of room you select. There is another pool for the other rooms. It's pictured with a nice cover. That doesn't exist.
