Positive: I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering outstanding service throughout. The location was perfect for us a lot of restaurants and shops around which made exploring super convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back!

Positive: I wanted to particularly say how brilliant we found the food (both breakfast and dinner), the support of some of the team, and the facilities (particularly the pool). I’d like to shout out Maria in particular who was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay and in providing recommendations for days out, beaches etc. There wasn’t a day where she wasn’t smiling which was very welcoming.
Negative: There were a few niggles that you would expect with a new hotel, particularly around cleaning, slightly clunky bar service and various noise levels with music going quite late (nothing after 11pm) We had an awful situation which was handled terribly by the hotel where my passport was left on the bedside table and put in with the washing which meant a trip to the embassy. Despite raising concerns at the time and by email afterwards, support was extremely limited.
Summary: A lovely hotel slightly let down by some of the team

Positive: -the breakfast was delicious -the location is near to good taverns and bus stations -they offer you a welcome drink and a wine at the check in -everyday they offer you 2 small bottles of water, coffee and milk pods for your coffee machines from you room - they change your pool towels every time you need - a beautiful,nice outside and design
Negative: - the hotel management leaves to much to be desired. Although booking.com allowed us to make a reservation for a child, this hotel is in fact adults only. Even though after a lot of requests they offer us the rooms. Now they changed this issue on booking.com but for a certain time.(for example you can make a reservation from 29-31 july for a child) -we booked rooms with sea view, but the only rooms with a direct and full sea view are the private suites so we didn’t had a sea view room as we booked. - There is a lot of problems with the facilities you have: *they have a major problem with the air conditioner in all rooms, it is not working on a certain times, in a day it wasn’t working all day and it was very hot inside the rooms *at one point, a waitress at breakfast dropped a knife on the floor. When someone tried to pick it up to hand it back to her, she placed her foot on it and kicked it along the floor all the way to the kitchen. This behaviour was unprofessional and definitely unacceptable especially in a 5 stars hotel *the drain is not working properly- water accumulates and it stais in the shower *the tap has not been fixed securely, and unfortunately, it felt off one day during our stay when we slept *rooms are very small, and storage space is quite limited: it is only one wardrobe, which cotains just hangers and one only one shelf.

Positive: We had an amazing stay in Nalu! It was such a relaxing & luxurious experience, with very helpful and professional stuff members. The hotel itself was brand new & clean. Our favorite part of the hotel was the bar next to the amazing pool especially during the evening. The food was a pleasant surprise that exceeded our expectations. We really hope that we can return sometime soon!

Positive: - breakfast & dinner buffet was very good, also the cocktails - comfortable bed
Negative: - the staff was definitely not 5 star, too many hiccups, attitude…too much to complain about here unfortunately, don’t even know where to begin as this is a whole chapter within itself…was happy to leave and never come back - the bed, although comfortable, was 2 mattresses pushed together which kept sliding apart when you moved - small room, not very practical with the sink in the room, can’t brush your teeth without waking up the other person; not much room for luggage - no real bathroom with a door, see-through shower door right in the room so that we always had the do not disturb sign so that no-one walked in to see you taking a shower - some days music was waaaaaaaay too loud by the pool and bar, not very relaxing, more appropriate for a party hotel - beach was pebbly, entrance in the water had large rocks which you couldn’t see so we didn’t really use it - service at the bar took ages, and the staff response just made it worse - umbrellas near the swimming pool didn’t provide much shade - not a great location - cleaning not done properly, kept finding my hair in the drain after cleaning, mirror only wiped halfway, some dust here and there…
