Positive: The apartment was in the center of the village. The supermarket ,restaurant and the beach were really close. Really quiet, even so central.

Negative: There wasn't any salt or pepper sugar, etc. I mean the basic things, no either any broom to wipe the water from bathroom.

Positive: We had all facilities, good location, kind stuff The apartment does not have parking spot, close to it there is one available where you can park and pay 2 euro on exit

Negative: Bed was not comfortable But maybe its only our preference, it was to soft

Positive: Nice and big rooms, pretty well equipped kitchen. Even the apartment is next to the busy road the windows are very good quality and there is no noise at night time

Positive: We cannot rate Hotel Oleandr because we were informed immediately upon arrival that the hotel had a water leak. However, we were immediately provided with an alternative, very good accommodation at the Katerini apartments hotel across the road for the same price. So, all our values are related to this aparment.

Positive: I liked the residence but didn’t really like the area (it’s super touristic). The residence has everything you need for a longer stay: laundry room, iron, an equipped kitchen corner and good air conditioning. The apartment itself is specious with a nice terrace.

Negative: People who manage this residence have a car rental office on the first floor. And it looks like it’s more important for them than guests. I think, if you are having guests, who stay there apr.a week, you need to do a proper check in, showing around, giving tips and providing basic info (at least prepare instructions). Reception personnel is not friendly, they will only handover the key. You can only get info from the cleaning lady.

Positive: Everything was great! The staff was very nice and polite. Room was comfortable and clean and location is near to the beach and restaurants. For that price, an excellent choice! We highly recommend!

Negative: The internet (wifi) could be a little better.

Positive: This is our 3rd visit to Oleander, its in a perfect spot for us as there are plenty of nice tavernas and bars within easy walking distance. All great as usual in the apartment too

Negative: Normally I am able to have an apartment without having to climb many stairs, sadly these were unavailable this time but managed to deal with them at my own pace.
