Positive: Amazing staff from the moment I arrived. Thoughtfully put together, beautiful room. Amazing food. So nice to have a hammock and small couch.
Negative: The water heater doesn't heat enough water to fill the tub, (only about 6 inches deep before it's cold) so it's sort of decoration.
Summary: Warm welcome, cool room, sweet location.

Positive: We stayed 4 nights at Jack Ecolodge and we had an amazing time. We were hosted with such attention, the place is beautiful. You eat amazing food and wake up with the sound of the river. The family host is so sweet and you will feel like home. Besides, the area is amazing, either for hiking, riding around or just rest !

Positive: A simply stunning place. Magical location, so quiet in the hills. In and her mum are just lovely, so friendly, always laughing and the meals they cook are delicious. Yes it's out of the way a bit but if you want a true Vietnam experience away from tourists Jack's ecolodge is highly recommended. The highlight of our trip so far

Positive: Hosts was super nice, location is amazing right by the river. Owners took us to a trip to beautiful waterfall. Jack ecolodge was the best stay we had in all of Vietnam!
