Summary: A solid hotel, super convenient to Narita. Inside was excellent, outside could use a coat of paint. They could also put a bench in the smoking area. I like to enjoy a cigar in the evening but all of Japan is kind of weird about smoking. Still, I’d recommend this plane if you’re flying out of Narita.

Summary: Just an overnight stay, Shuttle bus was quick and easy to find. Room was clean and love the kimono pj.

Summary: This is a good hotel near the airport if you arrive in Narita late at night and are going to continue by plane or train the next day. Shuttle bus runs every half hour with the exception of a few hours in the middle of the day (runs every hour).

Summary: We had only planned 2 night stay but extended stay here after we postpone our international trip to Bangkok. Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was small for the four beds. Carpet was showing sign of consistent wear and is in need of deep cleaning or replacement. TV is only in Japanese. The bathroom looked and smelled clean. Water pressure was good in the shower. The food was good, with a choices. We stayed for 5 nights and for dinner, I tried ordering the fish dinner and strangely, every time the same answer was given...." they were sold out". If that was the case, then more of that dish should be prepared on a larger scale. Breakfast was also good, after 4 days, we got tired of the same choices. Shuttle service is offered as a curtesy to and from airport, hotel, train station and the Aeon mall. That was just awesome! The shuttle driver was just that. One seemed a little annoyed when we tried asking for direction and a little information, so we decided not to bother him ever again. The hotel is dated and needs some serious updating. Its good for a 2 night stay but not for family extended stay. There is no lounge. Also u have to pay different to use the pool or gym or even gain access to that area. Location is convenient to airport, where you can always get transportation to where you need to go. Also if you plan to wash your laundry, dont. We went to laundry area, and it was super scary, dark and gloomy. We were out, we can take our clothing back dirty or buy new ones.

Summary: Very convenient if arriving or departing Narita airport. Can walk to the terminals if you need to. Theyxdo have a shuttle bus as well. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Summary: We had an amazing one night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet has great choices and delicious. This hotel was just a few minutes away from Narita airport and they have free shuttle.

Summary: Love the free shuttle bus, even though you can walk easily to T3 and T2 its nice to have the bus. Great konbini in the lobby but for earlybirds its a shame it doesnt open intil 8 or 9 so had to walk to airport for breakfast. Room was huge, yukata was comfy, huge selection of channels on tv i was only there one night but was perfect if you dont fancy the long trip into Ueno or Shinjuku snd just want a shower and a lie down and head off early the next day. Room was really big and hotel was busy which was great to see. No complaints and check in and out was so fast and simple.
