Positive: We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the child-friendly facilities, including benches and a hammock. The room was clean, and the food at the restaurant was great. There is a (it seems) security dog that provides extra security during the day, by the entrance to the forest area and it can bark aggressively when you pass by with your own dog, but we understand the importance of security.
Negative: Unfortunately, the drainage in the shower cabin was not functioning optimally. It took a considerable amount of time for the water to drain away, creating a significant inconvenience. This issue is particularly problematic for guests who may need extra attention to hygiene, such as during their menstrual cycle. We appreciate your commitment to providing a comfortable experience for all guests, and I hope this feedback can help improve conditions for future visitors.

Positive: This is the only decent place near Frombork. Generally houses are pretty comfortable, and the water filtering system in each house is just great!
Negative: There are few things I’d like to highlight: 1) it’s a lot of mosquitoes and other midges. Yes, I know the place is in the forest - but trust me, the amount you would face is much higher then you might expect. 2) we were family of 4, and to our arrival only 2 beds on the upper floor were made. When we asked about preparing the sofa on the first floor, they gently declined, said that we need to do that ourselves. Well, we did - and found a hole in the sheets. For the money this place costs - this was definitely not acceptable 3) the room was poorly cleaned - it was relatively ok inside, but whole terrace was dirty till the level that we did not even tried to use it. 4) each evening the hotel was doing a fireplace. Nice thing, unless the smoke goes your direction(which was exactly the case 2 evenings in a row), which made opening the windows not an option 5) there were a wedding that weekend celebrated in the hotel. The guests were pretty loud and noisy at start, and they were using same zones as other guests, making overall experience not very comfortable (taking into account number of drunk folks, and that we were with kids) 6) the hotel states that there should be absolute quite time from 22:00 to 06:00(if I recall correctly). Well, next night right after the wedding we were not able to sleep almost whole night; because some of the neighbors in other houses were laughing, singing and were drinking a lot of alcohol - and they stopped around 5 a.m.. and hotel did not cared - no one came over to manage that in any way 7) there was a holidays at this weekend, and we got short restaurant menu, which was 3 times smaller that the one they have on the website, and we did not liked the selection. Unfortunately that made us go to city on every meal. There is few minutes ride, but overall it was pretty inconvenient

Positive: The receptionist was extremely helpful. The property is great for couples and families. You are surrounded by nature and generally it was peaceful.
Negative: I wasn't informed that there would be a wedding and that it would last till 3am. Also we were informed we could get dinner before and after the wedding guests were served. Yet when we went to order dinner we were informed the wait would be a minimum 1.5 hours! So if you stay here double check no events are going on.

Positive: Located in the small forest , all new look good inside and outside , in all houses 2 conditioners . Good breakfast . Many comfortable locations to lie down, relax, sit next to a fire . Sauna and jacuzzi in good location with a good view. Hotel provides various types of entertainment : watch the sunset from a boat , saps , bicycles.
Negative: 1. They tried to deceive me, they said that there were repairs in my house and now very strong smell of silicon and that upon arrival I had to move in for one night in a main building . After my refusal, they settled into ordered house and I didn't notice any new silicone, it looked like someone was trying to extend their vacation. 2. Sofa on the first floor enough only for one children . Very small and very hard back side of sofa after opening. 3. We order sauna and jacuzzi for same hour , one hour before we arrive to reception take the towels and check if all ok. We arrive on time to sauna and jacuzzi. and nothing was ready, the sauna was turned off , jacuzzi covered with cover. We call to reception , after 20 minutes jacuzzi will be opened , but for prepare sauna for required temperature take more from one hour . Reception they refused to change our time because they had an order there, the evening was ruined.
