Enjoy the peaceful and quiet surrounding of our recently upgraded fenced in private house.This cozy key largo 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home offers a spacious master bedroom/living room.Brand new bathroom with quartz countertop and pebbled shower floor for a relaxing shower after a long day at the beach. Dinning table and countertop area sits 6 for dinner. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stove. Cable and wifi included. Two private community beaches with beautiful sunsets. During the day, hop on our golf cart and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, canoeing, paddle boarding, or simply tanning on the beach. In the evening savor your favorite cocktails while you enjoy the open water views and listen to the sound of the waves. Bring your boat and have bay access from the two near by community boat ramps. Day time trailer parking available at community beach next to ramp. Boat may be securely parked inside fenced property. Our property is conveniently located close to Publix Supermarket, Kmart, liquor store, fruit and vegetable market, and many local restaurants. John Pennekamp State Park, swimming with the dolphins, Jacob Aquatic water park, parasailling, diving shops, are a few blocks away from are home.

Summary: This is the perfect place for an extended stay in the Keys, close to everything, a beautiful, private community beach, and the best equipped vacation rental we've ever encountered. Good quality pots, knives and appliances in the kitchen. Really nice furniture. Comfortable beds. And lots of nice added touches like beach chairs, a golf cart, kayaks, etc. Nati's Beach House is set up and equipped the way I would do my own place. Most hosts are reluctant to do that, because they worry about damage or theft. I understand, but it's so nice to come to a place with nice things. So, if you come here treat the place with respect and look after things!! Sandra is the perfect host, quick to reply to all of our questions. The few small, and very minor problems that crept up were dealt with immediately.

Summary: I have stayed in a lot of rentals and never have I stayed where EVERYTHING you need is there! A home away from home. The greeting was exceptional! And follow-up on any needs is amazing. The beach was the best! Golf cart was awesome. Front screened in porch a dream every morning. Clean beyond words! Some reviews talk about the one neighbor... They didn't bother us... More amusing than anything. Highly recommend. Love the place.

Summary: It was excellent! Want to go back! Sandra's house is perfect, she had everything that we would need, she was very generous! We had a blast kayaking, the small private beach is a little treasure, we went snorkeling there a lot, there were a lot of big fish! Neiborhood is nice and safe. All amazing and perfect!

Summary: We had everything and the home was beautiful. And they have a golf cart you can use to go to one of the 2 beaches in that park. The only drawback was the kitchen, the bathroom and 1 bedroom had a step up. We got used to that and truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place. We had everything we needed for the entire month...Included a golf cart, kayaks, firepit and grill. Everything was super, super clean, well stocked kitchen and supplies. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating ....highly recommend this property!

Summary: This was our very first winter getaway since my husband retiring in September of 2019. The house was amazing. Owners are wonderful. Easy to get in contact with. Our first two weeks there in March were wonderful until COVID-19 hit and shut everything down but we had plenty of food and a private beach so life was good at that point. No worries. Summary: I think my husband and I will forever be spoiled by our stay at Nati's Beach House. We stayed from the middle of December thru the end of January of this year. Upon arrival (we were late because of weather AND traffic) we were greeted at the house by Sandra's parents, who patiently waited for our arrival to show us around the home and explain the different amenities. The home was even decorated for us for Christmas, which was such a sweet gesture that we really enjoyed. The home is immaculately kept and it is well stocked with everything imaginable. I am going to be running out and getting some of the kitchen "gadgets" that I got to try at the home and really liked. The neighbors we met were all very friendly and the golf cart so convenient to pack a lunch, grab the beach chairs and towels and drive over to the private beach. Heck with fighting trafffic lol. We truly enjoyed our stay, time went by way to fast and God willing we would LOVE to return again for another stay next year :-) Thank you so much for everything -- your communications with us and the home were beyond expectations!!
