Positive: Great location, walking distance from several pubs, restaurants, and shops, and just a short drive to the airport. The apartment was spacious, modern, and with a lovely view.
Negative: We were three people and only got two towels for the pool. When I went downstairs to ask if we could have one more, I was told there were no towels left. Same thing with the coffee pods, we only got enough for two people and not for the entire stay. When I asked if I could have more, I was told once again there were none left. It was honestly quite baffling to hear that they run out of such basic amenities. There was a greasy tray in the oven, and when mentioning this via their chat, I got an automated message starting with "Awesome!" which was not really appropriate. The room was not properly sound proofed, meaning we could hear the traffic, and the curtains were really thin and seethrough, so no chance to get a good sleep. Lastly, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable, and the blankets provided didn't even fit properly.
