Positive: The owner was very nice! The room was very cozy and just what I needed to stay at during my conference at a much lower rate than the neighboring hotels. It was just a 10 minute walk to the Gaylord and I felt safe the entire walk.
Negative: It was all great!

Positive: The property was located right next to the conference centre we attended. Although you couldn’t drive a direct route to the centre there was a handy cut through in the garden so you could walk through to the Gaylord centre in minutes. The owner and his wife were extremely accommodating and went over and above to help us and make our stay very comfortable. We felt very at home, had our privacy but could always ask for anything we needed. The owner was so kind as to drive us to collect a hired car and provided us with lots of information. He also kindly jump started the car when we stupidly ran the battery down! The room and bathroom was lovely and the surrounding area well kept and pleasant. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Nice hot shower and lovely fresh soft towels. The TV was a good size and there was coffee making facilities, a kettle, full size fridge and a microwave. We asked to borrow some cutlery and this was immediately provided. For a private property right in the centre of Washington harbour next to the Potomac it couldn’t have been better. Thank you
Negative: The bed was very high and I needed to climb on a chair to get into bed as I'm very short! This may have been a problem for someone less agile. It was worth the climb as the bed and linen was lovely and very comfortable. As a microwave and fridge is provided a couple of plates and some cutlery would have been nice but we asked and it was immediately provided.
Summary: A very pleasant, good value for money apartment with the nicest owners you could wish for!

Positive: The host is amazing guy. Smiling and extremely welcoming. The room was big and well equipped. Nice coffee machine inside. The house is located 10 mins from the Gaylord convention center's main hall by foot. If our event is in the same place next year, will certainly call again
Negative: The only downside is that the path and gate towards the convention center is not very clean (as it passes trough the trees), but this is a very very minor complaint. By not clean I mean that there is soil from the trees, not that it is not maintained great.

Positive: If you are attending a conference at the Gaylord, you can get a larger, quieter, and less expensive room here. The walk is equivalent to 2-3 blocks. There was a bit of snow to walk through from the gate to the sidewalk, and at first I found it difficult to get over the piled up snow to get off the sidewalk, but when I mentioned this to the proprietor, he kindly cut a hole through it, and after that it was easy.
Summary: A very convenient place to stay while attending a conference at the Gaylord.

Positive: The property's location is ideal for attending meetings at the nearby conference center, while enjoying the quiet of a lovely neighborhood and the comforts of home. The guest suite is meticulously finished and equipped with Keurig coffeemaker, electric kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. The bath has a spacious shower and bidet. Messages to the host received very rapid responses, and the host welcomed me personally.
Negative: The bed is very high, so may not be the best for guests with limited mobility.
