Positive: The apartment is really well located, close to all major attractions of the area. It is beautifully furnished and it includes everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Do note that the double bed is 120 cm and might be considered small for some. The small garden is a real plus, and there's also a porch on the other side which is really nice to catch evening sun. The host was kind and the communication was clear and very efficient.
Negative: While the area is calm, the apartment itself is poorly insulated. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper and sensible to noise, that might be an issue. During our stay, we could hear literally everything the neighbours above us were doing (walking, flushing the toilet, talking, doing the laundry, using the stairs) without them being excessively loud, just "living". So it was really surprising that the sound insulation of the building was so poor given that it seems to be rather new (but maybe the construction standards in Estonia are different from the ones we know). Bathroom does not have a real door, if you want intimacy that might be an issue. Also the shower is completely open, so you basically flood the whole bathroom when showering, which is a bit annoying.

Negative: We felt it was not properly advertised that this is a bottom floor apartment in a large apartment block. Drove all that way for nature and were surrounded by noisy neighbours. Slept badly as could hear everything the upstairs guests were doing at all hours of the night. I don't recommend staying here if you want to relax.

Positive: Ground level apartment with two terraces on opposite sides of the apartment, private lawn (garden) and outdoor seating. The apartment is spacious and nicely looking. The kitchen is well equipped including cooking oil, spices; the refrigerator has a freezer unit. Free parking in front of the unit. The host is super nice and helps you with every question you have, quick and nice communication over whatsapp. It is a very quiet area thus very relaxing. Two nearby (sandy) beaches reachable by car in like 15 minutes. A Coop supermarket in Loksa or Kuusalu (15 min by car). Restaurants/cafes in Vosu, Hara (harbour), Leesi, Kasmu (cca 20 min by car). In Kolga, there is a little local museum and a manor house (mois) and a little burger/coffee booth. Nice forest for long walks next to the property. For staying in this property a car is necessary.
Negative: A microwave would be a useful kitchen gadget :-). I would add pictures of the building into the profile.

Positive: Very nice owner. Very helpful to deal with the het in the apartment .
Negative: The apartment isn‘t really prepared for warm temperatures above 25 C. The apartment needs mosquito nets at both sides to have air circulation. An active ventilation in the bathroom is needed. Outside mosquito nets to sit at the porch are needed.
