This property is located upscale gated community Just 15 minutes away from the Donald Sangster International Airport and 6 minutes west of Fairview Shopping Center. This gated community is nothing short of today’s luxury-living.
Miramar is the real deal in terms of residential property. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a en-suite master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet. The house opened up into the living room where there is lots of windows for natural light. The staircase leading upstairs to the bedrooms is made of aluminum and tempered glass with the flooring done in beautiful marble. The living room boasts porcelain tiles, ceiling fan with intricate tray ceiling and pod-lighting is used throughout the interior of the house. All bedrooms have split air-conditioning and HD LED televisions.
The dining area comfortably hold a large table that seats six. The kitchen features double sinks, granite counter top and lots of solid wood cupboards, shelves and storage. A spacious laundry room sits off to the side, with a washer, dryer and a built-in washtub for hand-washing all your delicates that you would not dare trust to a machine. This unit have a solar water-heater and storage water tank.
The name itself is rather interesting, as ‘Miramar’ is of Spanish origin and means “sea-view”. ‘Mira’ also means ‘watch’, hence a loose translation could also be ‘watch the sea’ and guests have certainly been enjoying their fill of this activity, as this unit, have a view of the sea that is just a stone’s throw away across the road.
Miramar boasts a modern, contemporary design done up in cool, muted, earth tones of gray, brown, cream and beige. Developed by Arqcon Construction, famous for redesigning most of the North Coast hotels, such as Royalton and Secrets, Miramar has only 32 units. This was deliberate, as the the Developer did not want a large, over populated complex, with people cramped in close proximity to each other. Instead, what they have created, are beautiful, perfectly laid out, two-storey duplexes, built on a tier to accommodate everyone getting an awesome view.
You should visit the world famous Doctor's Cave Beach on the 'Hip Strip'. While there enjoy shopping, restaurants and bars including Margaritaville , the Bobsled cafe and Harley Davidson apparel store. Only a ten minute drive from Miramar is the charming Houseboat restaurant and the Seawind Beach club, Hard Rock Cafe and Montego Bay Yacht Club.
We are centrally located in Montego Bay but Rick's Cafe and the Negril Water park, or the famous Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain or swim with the Dolphins in Ocho Rios is just a day trip away. Miramar is also within minutes from 3 major golf courses at Tryall, Cinnamon Hill and White Witch.

Summary: There truly aren’t enough words to describe the complete perfection of the Nautical Homes 2, Miramar oasis. The property is officially the best property I have ever stayed in! The property was, without question, 5 out of 5 stars. The setup was ideal. The size of the home was perfect. The layout displayed a comfy functional space for a large group and was spacious enough for individual privacy. The home had access to everything important. The kitchen was complete with all that was needed for cooking any meal type. There was also the convenience of a washer and dryer for laundry. The home was extremely clean. The backyard setting was beautiful, complete with an outside grill. The bedding and couches were beyond comfortable and lush. The home also included Wi-Fi, smart TV’s in every room, cable, Alexa devices and more. And the feature that I loved the most, was a major convenience (especially for travelers who are not familiar with how their phone service will work in other countries). Raquel and Vinroy provided extra smart features throughout the home that left us with the comfort and ability to reach out even if our own personal devices weren’t set up for outside connections. This service provided an additional layer of safety and access to the outside world if needed. The property was immaculately decorated. It has all of the finest features. (Glass, marble stand in showers, master jetted tub, bowl sinks, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, etc.) As the home was so warming, my group and I decided to stay in most days. The community was very safe and secure, in a great neighborhood, with 24 hour gated security. The residents/guests of the neighborhood were also very polite. Finally, the best part of this entire experience were the hosts, Raquel and Vinroy. The communication was the absolute best. They kept in contact from initial booking all the way home, which was extremely comforting. The hosts also provided convenient services such as safe transportation to and from the airport and travel around the island if needed. My greatest appreciation was for host Raquel. She was so attentive to my group. Walked us through the process thoroughly & assisted with any questions. During our stay, she checked on us with a simple text to ensure we were ok. She gave us our space but ensured that if we needed her, she’d be there. She truly made our trip memorable. Book Now! I cannot stress enough how perfect this location is!

Summary: More than promised. From the expert opinion of someone who in the past worked and lived on property at one of the top all inclusive resorts in Jamaica and who has also enjoyed many Timeshare properties in America. This rental exceeded expectations Better accommodations than many more highly priced 4 star accommodations. Listing stated 2 bedrooms but had 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Hostess called in advance to provide contact information and offer transportation if needed Hostess was onsite to help us settle in and provide a tour of the accommodation Echo spot smart home assistant in master bedroom. (Informed me the front door was unlocked when I set a wake up alarm for bed) Fully stocked with linen for in house, pool and beach towels Bottled water, instant tea and coffee provided Safe and Carport provided Swimming pool and gym on site Gated community with 24 hour security No nickel and diming all these amenities are included. My only recommendation for improvement is that the gym equipment on property appeared old and in need of being replaced.

Summary: The home was clean and had the essentials that were needed for our stay, which lasted 6 days. If we needed something Dimitri or Rena graciously accommodated our request. Dimitri also came by to check on us and made sure we were comfortable and our trip was going well. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely rent the home again.

Summary: I absolutely loved staying at Nautical Homes Miramar! I come to Jamaica every year to visit family and this is by far the best place that my family and I have stayed. The property was extremely clean and the amenities were great (Washer/dryer, full kitchen, AC, etc). Judith checked in on us to ensure that we were ok or needed anything, which is a great sign of a great property manager and customer service. We felt safe and once the security guards knew who we were (they initially would not let us in when we first arrived because our name was on not on any list), we had easy access to come and go as we please. I will definitely be staying here next year!
