Positive: Short term (2 nites) enough in such small quarters.

Negative: Steps with no assistance offered to us, with hefty suitcases and two 80+ year olds. We sought help from Ulysses but needed it upon arrival. Terrace itself is nice, but the view of debris on neighboring buildings was unsightly. You cannot help that

Positive: The property was so beautiful and had the most perfect location. I also felt very safe during my stay as a solo traveler.

Negative: The walls were a bit thin so if people were in the common area I could hear everything.

Positive: The hotel was nice and clean, and the bed was really comfy. The lockbox check-in system worked smoothly, which made arrival easy. Plus, the location was fantastic!

Negative: AC was a major issue. Guests can't control it, and the room was unbelievably cold. We had to sleep in hats and jackets just to stay warm! Also, the shower was frustrating—either you get good water pressure with cooler water or warm water with barely any pressure.
