Relax and have fun with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
It is located walking distance from US route 34 in the middle of shopping centers such as Meijer, Jewels, Target, Walmart, great restaurants, bars, entertainment, hair and nail salons, and gas stations etc.
There are 4 beds (1 king and 3 queens plus an air mattress) and 4 couches waiting for their guests.
The house is cleaned and sanitized before every reservation.
The space
It is very roomy and fully renovated.
Hope you like remodeled kitchen and extendable dining table, spacious living room with large smart TV and cozy master bedroom with a private bath and a smart TV.
Amenities such as fire pit and grill on the back yard, 2-car garage, and a finished lower level are included. A part of lower level has corner bar, foosball table, sofa and huge TV for gathering and other part is designed as 4th bedroom.
Basic kitchen utensils including cooking spices and oils, coffee, pots/pan and appliances are provided in kitchen. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Detergent is provided in laundry room.
Early check-in is available if the house don't have guest checking out the same day.

The entire house is available for you. Front and back yard, 2 car-garage with additional parking for for up to 4 cars on driveway, laundry room, main level and lower level.
Guests don't have access to a mailbox, however, if you need to receive a mail during your stay, let the host know and P.O. box will be set up for you.

This is a residential area. Please treat our neighbors with respect and allow them to enjoy their homes in peace as you would like to enjoy yours. The quiet time starts 9.00 pm.

Summary: The issues we had with our stay was no kitchen linens and there was a rotten apple core under the sink and no sugar in the sugar bowl. The extra bath had significant mold in the tub area and the shelves were falling off the wall. Also- the back yard was pretty overgrown. The gate for downstairs probably should have been replaced with a better one, as it had been stretched out badly by previous renters. Our hosts were very responsive to our initial requests, and these critiques would not be very costly and would greatly improve the stay of future renters. we did not say anything because we really weren't staying long and to fix them would have disrupted our stay more than the inconvenience of the needed changes.

Summary: We could not get inside the home when we got there…….they sent us the wrong passcode for the front door. It took almost a half hour to actually talk to someone about the problem. The house was beautiful but there were no instructions as to what we were to do when checking out. (I was supposed to receive an email with checkout instructions but never received one.). I just hope we left the place in as good a condition as we found it with the exception of the bedding. We left those and the towels on the floor.

Summary: In a nice neighborhood. Sleeps plenty of people. There are two queen beds in the basement that I don’t remember seeing in the pictures and that was a welcome surprise. It sleeps a lot of people but one of the house rules that you get on arrival say you can’t park in the street so don’t bring a lot of cars with you. There is room in the garage for two cars so we made it work with our 5 with a little overhang into the sidewalk.

Summary: Love this property. We had two littles and two seniors with walking difficulties with us that made it tough to fit our needs. This house worked well with just a couple of steps into the house, wood flooring in house, baby gate by stairs to basement and walk in shower in the master bedroom.

Summary: We wanted to get our whole family together for a week long visit, but our own home was just too small to hold three couples and a 1 year old. So we looked for a VRBO that would have enough sleeping space and yet close enough to another family member who lived locally. This home was ideal! The lower level was perfect for the couple who had the baby, and the rest of us took the main floor bedrooms. Everything was very nice, and the home offered everything we needed. It was very clean and well furnished. There is a nice walking/bike trail close by and lots of shopping and restaurants about 1/2 mile away. We would certainly recommend this home and the owner.
