Regularly scheduled property maintenance such as pool, lawn, pest control, etc. may come to provide routine services to the exterior during stays. Pool service is typically Wednesday mornings, Pest control is typically the 3rd Thursday of every other month, and lawn service days vary and are typically 2-3 times per month. Maintenance days/times are subject to change without notice.
