Summary: Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay. We loved having breakfast in the terrace every morning. The air conditioning in the bedroom works like a charm and the shower in the bathroom has great water pressure. The neighborhood is fantastic with all the seafood and puertorrican food restaurants within walking distance. Guayanilla is also a good location to be if you want to explore the whole south coast of PR. In a few words, we loved being there and hope to be welcomed back in the future. Thank you for all the details that make a stay special. We will have memories we will cherish forever.

Summary: Javier’s house was perfect for us and he was such a great host! We truly enjoyed our time there. The house had everything we needed, including beach chairs and cooler to take with us to the beach, and a fully stocked kitchen. He shared recommendations of where to go, and was so friendly and kind. We would definitely stay here again.
