Summary: We stayed at this unit for a weekend while visiting our daughter at UWEC. The unit was as advertised and we had a great stay. The unit had all necessary essentials and cozy furniture & beds. The owner is very responsive and a pure joy to work with! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Summary: Perfect place to stay while visiting our son, who moved to EC last June. Loved being able to cook meals and watch movies together. We were less than a mile from his work (downtown) and with the cold weather, we were super thankful for the good heaters (and the garage). Full laundry facilities were helpful with wet jeans and gloves. Host was communicative and kind. We will be back.

Summary: We were so grateful to have such a nice place to stay on a friend visit. Quiet neighborhood. Location was easy access to downtown. We enjoyed art sculpture tour and delicious restaurants and ice cream shops.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this cozy little spot while visiting Eau Claire. Nice to have private parking, centrally located to get anywhere quickly and walkable to downtown for food, entertainment or exercise along the river path.

Summary: Inside of property was beautiful. Out side the grass was at least 8 inches high. Dish towels were not provided for use. Sent 3 messages tru VRBO to host and did not receive a reply. Check in was great and having a garage was an added benefit. Location was great for our needs.
