Summary: We stayed here on a hot weekend in July while we did lots of touristy things in and around Waco. Our space was nice and cool with AC units even when the temps outside were soaring over 100. Our space was clean and cozy. Kendra had packed our mini fridge with bottle water and some special drinks, which our kids loved. There was a nice coffee bar and snacks left for us as well. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our 3 sons slept in the main room and loved having the tv to watch before bed. My husband and i stayed in the master with the connecting bath. It was a great space for us.

Summary: We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely & spacious suite in a pastoral setting. The host was very responsive on the rare occasions on which I had questions. The experience was so much better than staying at a hotel!

Summary: Kendra made our stay very comfortable and many details went into our visit that were unexpected. From snacks to welcome signs and thank you card; it was perfect. Cannot wait to visit the area again and stay at this quiet, peaceful place.

Summary: My friends and I wanted to have a weekend getaway and Kendra’s home was just so cozy and comfortable. It was a great place to relax and enjoy being a little bit out of the city, but not a far drive from anything we wanted to do. The home was very clean with complimentary waters, snacks and toiletries. I would stay here again. Kendra was so kind and easy to communicate with.

Summary: This was such a cozy place to stay, when we arrived the fairy lights lit it up so beautifully and Sinatra was on the TV. How much more cozy does it get when you arrive?! Everything was so thought out, and Kendra was absolutely wonderful! I would absolutely stay again! Thank you Kendra! ❤️

Summary: We were very comfortable in the cottage! The welcome lighting and treats were so inviting. The decorating was very well done. The beds were very comfortable as well! It was cold when we were there so we used the space heaters she provided. The owner was very quick to respond and help us with a a couple of small issues we had.

Summary: This is a very quaint and beautiful suite. We arrived during a very very cold spell in Texas. There were problems with power outages in the area which shortened our stay to one day as heat was out with no eta on recovery. Our host, Kendra did all she could to accommodate us and keep us comfortable but it just wasn’t possible and our stay was cut short. She was very gracious in refunding our stay. We will definitely stay here again. We arrived to beautiful Christmas decor, Christmas music and sweet smells of fresh baked goodness. Fresh donuts for breakfast, an awesome coffee bar, a beautiful Christmas card welcoming us. It honestly was a very warm welcome and as stated above, Kendra was amazing and we will book here again on our return visits to Texas

Summary: PROS: Wow factor from the minute I opened the door. Superior attention to decor and making the home feel welcoming. CONS: No central heating or air conditioning. Heat was supplied by two space heaters that had to be left on through the night. Electrical outlets are overfilled and extension cords were everywhere. Blew a fuse and sat in the dark waiting for home owner to respond. Can hear EVERYTHING the family is doing - talking, laughing, dishwasher, cooking. This begins early in the morning and goes on until midnight. Disturbs sleep in master bedroom. Family must be able to listen to sounds in master bedroom, also. This is NOT HELPED by the earplugs provided or the noise machine. NO kitchen or kitchenette as listed.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this quaint little cottage for our 25th wedding anniversary. The cottage was just as described...clean, charming, comfy bed and relatively close to everything.
