Shared bathroom (with one person) is at the top of the stairs from lower level. About a mile and half to Old Silver Beach and Megansett Beach. Short walk to Silver Beach pizza, Oysters 2, Silver Lounge. Walk to beginning of Shining Sea Bike Path which is 10 miles to Woods Hole where path ends and you can take Steamship Authority to Martha's Vineyard. Bike rentals are a short stroll away. 10 minute drive to the Bourne Bridge. What people love most about this is the location. Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is just 15 minute drive. Charming downtown area as well.

Summary: Stayed here while working a job nearby. With short notice, I booked the cheapest place around, worrying if I should have payed extra for a hotel. It was worth it. Convenient location, better and cheaper than a hotel, and avoided lots of traffic on the way into work. I would stay here again if I ever work in Cape Cod again.

Summary: I enjoyed staying at Joy's place. She is a lovely host and very attentive. Space is adequate. One room in basement with private bathroom at top of stairs. About a 20 minute drive to Falmouth Heights. I hope to stay again next year. Many thanks.
