It is conveniently located just off the access road to IH-35 North near The Pearl and downtown San Antonio. One can easily walk to Broadway Street for shopping, eating at a nice restaurant, or finding entertainment in The Pearl complex. Plus, the city bus is conveniently located back on Carson Street (2 blocks) to take you downtown to our famous River Walk and the Alamo. 6blocks from Ft Sam Houston's gate on New Braunfels Ave.

Summary: The location was perfect for any event at the Frost bank center or downtown area. I was a little scared being that I stayed alone. But I felt very safe in my room. The bed was comfy, enough room to feel relaxed. I would stay here again.

Summary: The property itself was fine. Nothing over the top with amenities. Just the basics to accommodate my stay. the neighborhood is not great but that's not the fault of the property owner. I would stay there again.

Summary: I stayed here for two nights. The place is very clean and quiet. Be careful of the stairs though. The check in instruction could be a little more brief and direct. The area seems abandoned and right by the highway, making it very scary at night.

Summary: This please looked really nice in the pictures. The pictures were kind of accurate it was just a little disturbing seeing roach and mice traps and then also staying where someone else lives is a little weird.

Summary: the pictures of the exterior are misleading. The picture of the front of the building is taken from an angle opposite of the approach, therefore you do not recognize the building. The rear of the property is not well kept making the rear pictures misleading. The property is in an older section of town and not as clean as the pictures indicate. The interior was very clean and comfortable but smaller than anticipated.The owner needs to rewrite the directions. The directions will put you on the wrong street.

Summary: This property had quick access to pretty much everything. Short drive to the Military Base and to the Pearl area. You can get on the interstate quickly and downtown in minutes. The area immediately surrounding the property is a little run down but felt safe enough. If you are used to quieter areas you will notice the road noise but the owner has provided a noise machine in the bedroom. As advertised, it is a small place, but not cramped.

Summary: My expectations were Clean, comfy, and close to downtown locations. This cute apartment fit all 3 of those. We could UBER to any downtown location for $7-9 one way. The apartment was clean and tidy. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like.
