This newly renovated condo offers all of the amenities of home and is directly across from Bristol Motor Speedway. This unit is perfect for folks coming to our area for racing, outdoor activities (hiking, biking, fishing, boating), traveling nurses/doctors, real estate relocation, etc. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, 2 TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Cable TV, washer/dryer. We have a gated parking lot with an elevator, pool, hot tub, gym, fitness center, & clubhouse! You'll love it!
This well-appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 1BR unit, each with its own private bath. There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse.

A gate code will be provided upon check-in day. Our unit is located in Tower One at the RaceDay Condo Center. This unit is equipped with a keyless entry, and the code will be sent on the day of arrival.
During your stay, guests will have access to the hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness center.
This condo is located in a gated community, and you must have a pass to enter through the gate to the compound. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules.
We are available as needed. I live nearby and can be reached anytime by phone or text.

We love to host guest from all over the world and our condos are available for extended stays.
We have the Tri-Cities Airport located close by and they have rental cars available. We have Uber & Lyft available and limited bus transportation Downtown.
If you are driving your own car the city is very easy to navigate and traffic is light to moderate depending on time of day. We are also closely located to the Interstate & Highway 421.
Access to the hot tub and pool is seasonal. Please remember that all shared areas are a family-friendly environment. Please be mindful that there are other guests in the complex and no loud noise after 10 p.m.
Several excellent restaurants, shops, drug stores, Walmart, Food City grocery store, craft brewery, etc are located very close to the complex.
PLEASE NOTE - we have a 3-night minimum for Race events.

Summary: This place was better than we imagined!! I absolutely loved our trip!! The condo was so comfortable and cozy !! I seriously did not wanna leave! Directly across from the track !!! We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the fun,energetic race time atmosphere!! Can’t wait to go back :)

Summary: If you're like me, a clean freak, then this the condo for you. The condo has items for travelers that most places do not. A few examples: Shampoo, body wash, large bars of soap, new toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, coffee, cleaning supplies including mops and a vacuum cleaner. Perfect in every way.

Summary: We stayed with Karen before at one of her downtown lofts last year. Ever since we have found ourselves comparing other stays to hers. Upon walking in we immediately felt at home in the well stocked and beautifully decorated condo. She truly went above and beyond in stocking the condo with snacks, cleaning supplies, and extra linens. The bed was super comfortable too! We loved being able to take a short walk to the Bristol Motor Speedway instead of having to deal with the traffic after a big event. We were also a short drive from downtown. Without a doubt we would stay here again next time we return to Bristol!

Summary: My husband and I rented this condo for the September night race at Bristol. It is the PERFECT condo! The condo was exceptionally clean and furnished far and beyond what was expected! Karen, the owner is wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to any questions asked. The condo is secure in a gated area. The pool and grounds were very clean. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Karen, for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo!

Summary: The property is immaculate. The neighbors (permanent residents) were friendly and offered help if needed. Amenities of the unit exceeded expectation. The host was very prompt on answering in texts that I sent regarding arrival and departure. Although this was our first stay in this unit we have stayed at the property a number of years and highly recommend the property and the unit!

Summary: Amazing! My wife and I stayed for a race weekend and could not have been happier. Easy walk across the street to the track. No worrying about traffic or waiting to get out of parking lot. Very clean and every amenity to make you feel at home. Karen was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay again without hesitation.

Summary: This is a perfect place to stay, we stayed for races and the location is right across from Bristol Motor Speedway. The property is just minutes from State Street. The balcony view is of the Track. The Condo was very clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and convenient. This condo is in a gated area which made us feel better about our vehicle. Manager of the property was nice and very informative. This is definitely a place we will book again!
