Positive: One of the receptionists, the youngest and smallest, helped us with the lizards we had in the room, always willing to help! Thank you The drinks were delicious, thank you Samantha for your service and the other guy. The food was also pretty fast except when the girl who wears jeans forgot our order.
Negative: 15 day stay We arrived at 2:30 pm, the girl at the reception told us that we couldn't check in until 3 pm, okay, we were about to sit down on some chairs outside and a young girl from the reception came out and told us that we could check in now that the room was ready (strange, it only took a minute) Days without hot water 4 days without wifi we had to ask to change rooms, (we still had no hot water) We only had 3 days of hot water to be exact out of 15. Shouldn't they give us some compensation for this? When I'm paying for all the services and I don't even get half of it? Every day we had to ask for beach towels, something that should be incorporated into the service. Only twice out of 15 days did a guy take an interest in the subject and bring us towels without asking, one of the 5 helpful employees. The penultimate day we asked for 2 towels and they told us that they didn't have any available at the moment, we didn't understand since we were 3 guests in total, how can it be that they don't have towels? We went to the lounge chairs at the Skylark and they offered us towels to a full hotel, see the difference. The rooms were made very late, the towels were torn and dirty. The last day at 5pm, we wanted to shower but we didn't have hot water or towels since no one had made the room. I spent my birthday while staying there, the hotel showed zero detail. A man who was also staying there gave me some beers and paid a man to play the guitar because the hotel had no intention of doing anything. These are details that add up to a good stay. We had a tour at 7.30am and asked if they could get us hot water for our thermos, did they solve anything for you? Me neither. They were unable to lend us an electric kettle to fix it. As easy as that. Luckily our van driver got us hot water right away, he cared more than the 14 hotel employees.

Positive: The drinks at the bar was okay. The beach was great. My kids had a blast this visit was for my son it was his birthday
Negative: The room I chose I didn’t get it. I wanted a room with 2 bed which I booked online and when I got there I have to settle for a room with one big king bed and I didn’t get a refund for the extra I paid for room with 2 beds.
Summary: My stay was okay. I would stay there again for sure

Positive: I enjoyed the room the shower was uniquely built. Stay was friendly and made my stay quite easy.
Negative: They did have a trolly for me bags so I had to lug them all to the room.
Summary: Overall the ambiance is nice and quiet.
