Summary: This was an oasis of calm in a very busy, bustling part of Istanbul, not far from Aya Sofia and the Grand Bazaar. A lovely mix of Turkish hospitality and very professional standards. Our room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The roof restaurant serves good fresh Turkish food - quiet and peaceful at lunchtime, busy and friendly in the evening, with excellent service and a good view over Istanbul. The modern, well designed spa area in the basement has a pool, sauna, Turkish bath and haman. Breakfast is included in the room rate and provides a wide range of Turkish and international choices.

Summary: Great location in old Sirkeci neighborhood in walking distance to the major tourist spots. Attractive building with comfortable sitting and breakfast areas off the lobby. Enjoyed the breakfast selections and quality, even tiramisu for breakfast! Downstairs spa and Turkish hammam is included (massage services cost extra). You can access the rooftop terrace and Roof Mezze 360 Restaurant for great views and lunch/dinner. Good sized, comfortable and clean rooms with well appointed furnishings and amenities. Bottled water and Turkish delight provided daily. Best of all was the service from everyone in the hotel.

Summary: Staying at Neorion was better than I expected. The room, breakfast, and overall comfort were all great. The location is really good too—close to many of Istanbul’s popular spots. The place was clean, and the staff were very kind. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Istanbul.

Summary: Excellent stay with very friendly, helpful staff who always had a smile. We enjoyed the breakfasts with a variety of choices. The lobby was a great place to have a coffee whilst planning or talking about the day.

Summary: Everything was really good. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi in the spa was not hot. It has the same temperature as the main pool

Summary: Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty with the staff keeping our cups filled throughout. The sauna and Turkish bath was a bonus for us. Room very comfortable and hotel conveniently located for all the main attractions, restaurants and transport hubs.

Summary: Centrally located, exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful with great insights on IST and the surrounding area. Nice to have breakfast buffet to get the day started and always welcoming with tea service all day long. Will stay here again.
