Three bedroom 2 bath cottage located on the Neshannock Creek with 1500 feet of creek frontage available for fishing, swimming, kayaking and other water activities.
The “ Falls “ are a one mile stretch of Class I & II whitewater with calm fishing and swimming holes in between.
One of the best trout fishing opportunities in western PA. Just 2 miles downstream from a Keystone Select Delayed Harvest Area provides year round catch a release of big trout, artificial bait only. Trout are stocked at both the upstream and downstream property boundaries and open to live and artificial bait fishing.
Neshannock Creek Flyshop is located 3 miles away in Volant village center.
One hour from Pittsburgh and Lake Erie; 15 minutes from Grove City Outlets; 5 minutes from Westminster College and Fresh Marketplace in New Wilmington and the village shops of Volant.
Our cottage is located within a large Amish Community where one can purchase furniture, quilts, produce and Saturday baked goods! Visit the Fresh Marketplace in New Wilmington, voted one of the top ten farmers markets in Pennsylvania, from 9-1 every Saturday from May through September to hear live music, engage in free children’s activities and shop for local produce and crafts.

Summary: It allowed us to have our dogs with us. Location is great for some peace and quiet. The owner was more than helpful with question about the area as far as places to eat and get Amish goods/foods.

Summary: Communication with the owner was excellent. Got us all checked in and took the time to explain the amenities that were offered. The setting was spectacular and the scenery was second to none. The house was very clean and well prepared for our stay. Imm no would recommend it to anyone. We cannot wait until the next time we get to go. Thank you so very much!!!

Summary: Great location not far from stores and restaurants. We took our side by sides to Mines and Meadows to ride one day. It was only a 30 minute drive to get there. Marty recommended Iron Bridge Inn for dinner and it was very good food. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: If you need to get back to nature this is an amazing spot to do so. Back in the woods next to a creek is a little slice of heaven on earth. My daughter and the dog loved splashing around and even found a couple of wild blackberries to pick and try just like momma and aunt lala did when they were growing up in the country! If you have sensitivity to scents like we do there are air freahners you willl need to unplug but they dissipated quicly. The beds are comfy and everything was spotless. It was an amazing place to recover after family reunion activities. The driveway is steep but i was able to navigate it in a 2 wheel drive minivan with no slipping or sliding even in the rain. The only thing i didnt like on this trip was having to leave after just a weekend. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Great property to get away and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the river. Was initially concerned about being close to a road but that was not an issue at all. Marty was great and was nearby if we had needed him but there were absolutely no negatives. Definitely going back in the spring to see a different season!
