Positive: We liked the proximity and accessibility to the beach/ ocean. We liked our views from our balcony. We liked all of the extra comforts the host provided in the condo: cozy blankets, coffee, spices, everything you needed to cook meals, toiletry items, medical kit, doggy supplies and dishes, beach towels and bags, laundry detergent, binoculars, and so many other special touches to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We loved our stay here.
Negative: The only thing that might be a drawback for some is that this condo is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator. We didn't have any problems with this. The balcony and view and everything providedin the condo made it worth the steps.
Summary: Beautiful views, easy ocean access, and all the comforts of home.

Positive: This little spot was just perfect for our family! The home was well stocked with toiletries, kitchen utensils, bedding, etc! Traveling with a toddler is never super easy, but having a space to prep meals and lounge during nap time was perfect. We even found some coffee in the freezer, which was a major bonus. Proximity to the beach, especially this time of year, was just what we needed to dodge the brief rain showers that would blow in and out. We will definitely visit and stay at Neskowin Nook again. Even our dog had a wonderful time in the space, which was super pet and kiddo friendly.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed getaway!

Positive: Very nicely updated condo at proposal rock. Top floor. The owners have thought of everything, games, books, movies, dog towels, well stocked kitchen and more.
Negative: Vacasa is the property management team - the unit wasn’t clean when we arrived. So we had to wait 2 hours to actually move in. After, expressing my displeasure, they did make some financial reparations, and did the right thing. With fees that nearly double the  nightly rate and check-in times later and check out times earlier lodging has become so expensive. So when you can’t check in at 4 o’clock and you still have to check out at 10 AM I expect to be taken care of.
