Positive: lovely location. Quiet & peaceful. Right next to a grocery store and a restaurant, which was convenient.
Negative: The bed in the bedroom was not as comfortable as the bed in the other section of the condo. Also the bathroom attached to the bedroom had a "wonky" floor, so we used the other bath, which was nice.
Summary: We had a quiet time reconnecting with the ocean - just as we wanted.

Positive: The location of this property is perfect. The ocean is in view and the path to the beach is very easy to find. It's a peaceful and spacious apartment. We have stayed in a few of these over the years but this was probably the best one because the kitchen doesn't take up the entire room yet the fridge is standard size and there was plenty of space to move around. Mainly the place felt peaceful and the view from the deck is lovely. Sometimes a place just has a vibe and this one has a great vibe. Thank you!
Negative: The shower curtain in the main bathroom kept coming out of the little hooks. Not a big deal but if you're looking for something to fix, a more secure shower curtain would be nice. : )
Summary: Peaceful, lovely, spacious, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Fantastic location, beautiful view of the ocean, good sized kitchen with useful utensils, nice TV situation! Exceptional value for money.
Negative: The fridge had an overpowering fishy smell from previous guests that actually ruined some of our food items. Bed in separate bedroom is very creaky and rocks strongly from just turning over in the middle of the night.
Summary: Had a beautiful time here.

Positive: We have stayed in similar unit at this location over 30 yrs. This unit Newer kitchen and bathroom remodel. Nice view of Hawks Creek and PacificOcean.
Negative: Not as clean as I would have liked. Dirt and plastic bottle and Can under bed.
Summary: Happy Place for us with a lot of good memories in this complex

Positive: I love the location, I love that it pretty much had everything and we could have our dogs.
Negative: - needs some minor updating with furniture and decor - walls are very thin & could hear EVERYTHING - no special beach access for guest - beds were really hard - kitchen was missing some key supplies - the "dog" area is way across the parking lot right next to freeway with no fence and zero lighting. So at night it's pitch black over there and scary
