Positive: The view was great! Since it is a dog friendly room, we were happy the floors were laminate and not carpet.
Negative: I'm not a fan of Murphy beds, but I slept well anyway. We could hear the bed upstairs squeaking when they were having a romantic moment, a couple of different occassions.
Summary: We had a relaxing weekend with a nice view of the ocean.

Positive: I grew up staying at Neskowin Resort. It’s the perfect spot especially if you have dogs
Negative: The bed was ok for a Murphy bed and if you bring your own pillows, you’ll be fine
Summary: It was short but worth every penny

Positive: It is not fancy but it had everything I needed. A bigger fridge (I brought most of my food), microwave, full size coffee maker, Wifi, clean bathroom, parking very close, beach access. They even provided dog bowls and a chuckit for ball throwing. The view and beach access are why I'll go back. The murphy bed is fine, nothing special but I slept great. We walked the beach probably 3 times a day, we saw a bald eagle 2 times. I ended up being pretty busy at work and I was able to work at a high level no problem.
Negative: Downside (for me), no ice machine or ice trays. I ended up buying some.
Summary: Killer beach access and view!

Positive: The views are amazing; cozy little place.
Negative: Hot water in the kitchen took long time to heat up if ever, and there was a coffee maker ,filters but no coffee?
