Summary: We had a wonderful time in „the new house“ and can fully recomand this object, to have silence and natur. In the evening the temperatur is getting colder because of the wind on the mountain and you find a relaxing sleep in august. Andrea is very helpful and sympathic host.

Summary: We had a lovely time in Andreas house, which is ideally situated for exploring both the mountains (national park) and the seaside. Andrea has given us plenty of advice on where to go and what to do - including his favourite pizza place, a beautiful waterfall in the mountains and a quite natural part of the beach without a Lido, all of which we wouldn't have discovered without his help. We really recommend staying at his place!

Summary: Andrea has such a beautiful oasis that he has tended to with much love and care. The house is so special and spacious. It has everything you need. The view is unbeatable and allows for you to completely unplug. We were there for two weeks and were so warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and loads of good information to fill our week. We even had a dental emergency and Andrea helped us get an immediate appointment with a great dentist. Anything we needed we got. The sauna was the cherry on top and we used it every day. There is also a lovely vineyard less than 5 minutes away that was beautiful and provided us with delicious wine for our trip. We can only highly recommend Andrea and his “new house”. Andrea showed us his other home on his property (where we picked fresh cherries) and we plan on bringing our extended family with us next time. Thank you, Andrea for a wonderful restorative vacation.

Summary: We loved the views from this house & enjoyed mountains & coast, historic mosaics, local organic pizzas & wine tasting, hilltop villages & castles. Lots of hilly cycling opportunities including the steep drive up to property. Pool appreciated.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in the New House. We enjoyed every day in this hidden place with our dog. The house has everything you need including a refreshing pool. Andrea had very good tips for restaurants and nice places. Near the house are two small villiges where you can buy everything you need. Bigger cities like Forli or Cesena a only a short drive away (40-50 min). Andreas place is a relaxing dog friendly home we will come back. Thanks again Andrea.

Summary: Lovely spacies and cosy house. A lot of space outside the house and great views. The kids loved to play hide and seek and of course playing in the pool. Andrea is very nice and showed us all the "hotspots" on the map. The house is fully equiped including washingmachine. There are so many nice things to see in the surounding. We went to see San Marino, the mountains, Rimini beach and a nice little safaripark. We allready miss Italy😍 Thank you Andrea, for our great holiday!
