Positive: Property was in a family friendly neighborhood with a really fun park/playground area and a cafe/restaurant.
Negative: Wish the showers had a shower door or heated floors. Not a big deal, but was freezing when we got there from Hawaii which was expected, coming from a tropical climate to winter climate.

Positive: 2 level modern townhouse in Jacks Point. Parking provided in carport sharing with owner's car. Kitchen facilities well equipped. Nice living room with big smart TV and air cond. One of the upstairs room have views of the Remarkables.
Negative: Rooms layout is not great. Both the toilets and bathrooms are upstairs. The washer and dryer is in a small closet upstairs between the 2 rooms and is quite noisy if washing at night, There's no air cond or fans in the rooms so it's quite stuffy during summer even when the window is opened. The dining table chairs are not sturdy, one has disconnected joints. One of the towels was not clean. The big rubbish bins are in the front of the row of houses (this is almost the end of the row) so you need to walk to the front of the row of houses to empty the bins upon leaving.

Positive: The accommodation was fairly new. Essentials were provided. On a clear night, you could see lots of stars, due to absence of light pollution.
Negative: It's a bit of a drive to the centre of Queenstown. It's not too bad, as long as it's not rush hour. Otherwise, it will take you some time to reach the city proper. The beds were a bit too soft. Not good for those with back problems. There was some road works nearby being done during our stay. It became a bit noisy in the early morning. But wasn't a big issue, since we drove a lot anyway.
Summary: Fantastic, modern accommodation covering the essentials, if you don't mind driving to the city.
