Nestled high on the hill overlooking Putiki Bay with breathtaking 180 degree views of the water and back to the city, is this stunning studio.
This sunny self contained retro-inspired studio is a perfect retreat for discerning couples who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Imagine waking on a still morning to just the sound of the Tui while you watch the ebb and flow of the tide, or enjoying a glorious sunset while sitting on the deck sipping a wine.
This sanctuary will revive and inspire you. Although hidden away, it is still centrally located with many amenities nearby. The Kennedy Point car ferry is only a five minute drive, a gas station is down the road next to the local dairy, which makes fresh sushi daily. Within easy walking distance is the busy hub of Ostend with its cafes, Italian bakery, the Saturday Market, and the only supermarket on the island. Anzac Bay is around the corner and Te Ara Hura walkway is right outside your door taking you down to the water. There is ample parking for guests, a bus stop down the hill, and vineyards such as Goldie, Kennedy Point and Stonyridge all close by.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. Minimum stays: 5 nights between mid-December and mid-January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights all other times. All linen is included.

Summary: Magnificent views which did not disappoint. Handy location although a car/e-bikes are probably essential. Only real criticism is given the heat a fan would have been helpful - probably too warm for the heat pump. A strong feature of the property is its North facing location. However, the lack of shade outside was a disadvantage in the afternoon. Overall very happy to recommend the property. Thank you.

Summary: The place has a nice view and the check-in instruction is clear. But the aircon is weak. There was a hiccup with the owner next door. But the property manager acted immediately and solve the miscommunication with the owner.

Summary: The studio is in the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle whilst being proximitous to wineries, beaches et al. I found the studio to be spacious, clean and tidy with a good sized kitchenette and bathroom. Highly recommended.

Summary: We enjoyed a relaxing seven days in this elevated studio apartment overlooking Pukuti Bay. The south westerlies were invigorating but prevented us using the deck or barbeque, the weather changed the day we left of course! Only challenge was 'cooking' in the laundry, and perhaps a comfy settee to sit on, but hey we were on holiday and there is so much to see and do on Waiheke.

Summary: Set on a ridge within a beautiful steep slopped garden, the studio apartment has panoramic views passed Kennedy Point to Hauraki Gulf and a distant Auckland skyline. After days hiking the island’s tracks, or wine tasting, or in the Oneroa Village enjoying a long lunch, it was a delight to return to our quiet haven for bbq on the deck enjoying 180 degree views. The studio provides necessary comforts - air conditioning/heating, great shower with hot water, extremely comfortable bed and adequate kitchenette facilities for self catering. A car wasn’t necessary. There’s the island public bus service at the base of the hill ( five minute walk) and nearby Ostend ( ten minute walk) for essential supplies ( e.g., Countdown supermarket, excellent fish shop, with locally caught fresh fish and oysters).
