Positive: The lock box idea suited us perfectly, but the wrong code was sent so we had to call. Great fish and chips in town 3 Fishes! Yum
Negative: The WiFi wasn’t anywhere in the villa and we were unaware it was with the email. Also double bed was small.

Negative: There were a lot of dead bugs in the bathroom and we also had to kill 3 cockroaches during our stay. Overall cleanliness was lacking and definitely didn't seem like the accommodation was cleaned thoroughly.
Summary: View was amazing and awesome location, but cleanliness needs improvement.

Positive: Wonderful view. The chalet was beautifully clean and it had a great shower. I liked the fact that the owner came and introduced himself and recommended places to visit.
Negative: The staircase to the bedroom was challenging but would have been ok for a younger person. We don't drink Earl Grey tea so a selection of teabags would have been better. A microwave would be a good addition

Negative: Just found it a little unclean in places such as the cobwebs hanging from the rafters which were really obvious when looking from the bed out towards the beautiful window view. Also, the big beam across by the window there with the 2 stone art features, could have done with a good clean. Wouldn't normally matter but because of the mezzanine, you are literally looking directly at dead flies and heaps of dust. Also, Delonghi fan did nothing or very minimal on some of the really hot nights it was very noticeable that not much air flow was going on. Owners gave us considerably better fan for last night and it helped immensely!
Summary: Overall, amazing stay at a unique place and would definitely stay again!

Positive: The design and architecture is unique and different for this kind of pod, it was warm and comfortable.
Negative: The location definitely needs to be updated from Palm Beach to Ostend, it would make it easier to find. A few improvements- Microwave would be ideal. A guest manual on the table would be nice as the booking confirmation did not have any Wifi password to connect or mentioned in the booking confirmation that we received. The shower was not draining properly and looked down the drain there was previous guests hair which was not removed. I did not clean it however just removed the cover and put it back into place on check out. This could lead to the bathroom flooding which would not make it a pleasant experience for the guests and can also damage the floor long term. It would pay to check the drain on guest check out for nasty hair build up.
