Negative: The Fire Detector was going off (BEEPING) because the Battery was bad for 3 days Tried to have it taken care of but no one showed up to fix itโ€ฆ. I know it was just a Battery but the money we paid for this property IT should have been taken care of ASAP . Also the fire detector was in a Bedroom so it was hard for my niece to sleep in that room had to have a. pillow covering her hear

Negative: Some of the pull out beds, the mattresses were paper thin and not comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was only good in the master bedroom (large room that had bed and pull out bed), Everyone was using this shower as getting shampoo out of their hair and soap off body took longer in the others. Also, the thermostat would all of a sudden go up to 78 and then one day it went down to 49 degrees. We had to always adjust the thermostat. You might want to have that looked at. A recommendation would be to add more seating. We had 10 people in the house and when we were all in the family room, we'd have to pull chairs from the dining room. There is definitely plenty of room to add more seating. Overall, it was a good place to stay and location was great for us.

Positive: Location. Home was well kept and clean except for the floors. Always had dirty socks after walking around. Just a heads up for cleaning crew
Negative: No grass in back yard. We were traveling with our dog. Fortunately, there was large field across street. But, wouldโ€™ve preferred convenience of a fenced yard for dog.
