After enjoying the views and comfortable beds-when you're ready to boat, dine and play-a short 10 minute drive gets you to downtown Garden City with access to famous Bear Lake raspberry shakes, restaurants, beaches and boat docks.
UPSTAIRS: The entire living space is perched and positioned on the mountain in a way that guarantees stunning views year-round. The large, well-appointed kitchen is stocked for cooking and ready to entertain. The dining room seats 8, with an additional 6 stools at the large kitchen island. The large TV and oversized couch completes this space, making it ready for all kinds of relaxation and entertainment. Off the dining room and master bedroom, you'll find our outdoor deck. Here, you'll have access to a grill, smoker, gas fire pit, and 8 comfy seats. In this upstairs space, all indoor and outdoor spaces will allow you to sit and enjoy the beauty of this valley and the blue waters of Bear Lake. Off this main living space you'll also have access to the two-car garage, master bedroom/private bathroom, guest bedroom, and full bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with large screen TVs.
DOWNSTAIRS: The downstairs family room space includes a big screen TV, gas fireplace, large couch and popcorn machine. Off the family room, walk outside onto the patio to find more lovely views of the lake. This outdoor space includes seating for 8 and another gas fire pit. Off the second family room you'll also find a second master bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom. The bunk-bed bedroom, a full bathroom, and a fourth queen bedroom with large-screen TV. You'll also find the laundry room.

The last mile of your drive is on a well maintained, gravel road. We have driven this road in various conditions, in sedans and while pulling boats year-round without issue. The drive way is partially gravel and comfortably parks 3-4 cars, plus two in the garage. There is also an RV space along the side of the house that can park a boat or RV.
