Breezy Point Lodge is a one of a kind luxury retreat located in a rural mountain town. Converted 1943 post & beam barn with rustic lodge decor throughout. Breathtaking views of the Tuscarora Mountains from the well lit living area with giant windows as well as the two outdoor living spaces with new decking and spa. Ideal location for family reunions, hunting trips, scenic adventures, historical sightseeing, & many more. Enjoy a cocktail at the full sized bar at the end of each day. You will feel like you are staying at a rustic ski lodge during your stay. This 5,600 square foot lodge comes with a full sized bar, all you have to do is bring your favorite drinks and feel as if you are at your favorite watering hole. Every room, living area and bar has a smart TV lots of streaming options no live tv. BBQ and relax in one outdoor seating area, or sip a cocktail in the hot tub in the other. Both outdoor areas have breathtaking views of the Tuscarora mountains. Three living areas allow for downtime relaxation and separation from the youngsters when desired. Lots of extra fun & amenities include two indoor wood burning fireplaces & one outdoor wood burning fire pit, 9’ shuffleboard table, ping pong table, soft axe throwing game, karaoke, lots of board games, croquet, cornhole, & ladder golf. Kayaks are available at the lodge for use at many nearby lakes & there is a local 18 hole golf course 8 miles away. Great location for day trip antiquing in Pennsylvania & Maryland or a quick trip to to Amish country. Pennsylvania Turnpike is only 8 miles away. WiFi is available throughout the lodge. Cell phone USB charging stations in each bedroom as well as USB ports in the main living area couch. Guests have access to every room & amenity at the lodge with the exception of the detached garage. Other things to note: Sleeping arrangements accommodate only up to 10 adults in five queen or king sized beds paired up. Any more than 10 adults will need to bring additional bedding and will incur a $25/night per person charge. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the upper floor, and the other 3 bedrooms are in the beautifully finished basement so there is a significant separation between the rooms. The 5th bedroom has 3 single beds and is for children weighing less than 100 lbs each so please take that into account when making your plans. Coffee, tea, and accompanying condiments are provided. Washer & dryer are available for your use and laundry soap is provided. One bundle of firewood is provided free of charge and more firewood is available for a very nominal fee. Reverse osmosis drinking water at kitchen sink. The Lodge is not ADA friendly due to many steps inside & outside.

Summary: The photos provided do not do this place enough justice. There is so much more to offer. The owners were not lying when they say all you need to bring is food. The seasoning/spice cabinet offers plenty, too! There are plenty things to do around the house for the entire family to not even have to leave the property. We did travel to a state park nearby and were able to use the kayaks Kate and Logan provided. We were skeptical at first because they stay close to the property, but you have full privacy and are not bothered at all. They are very responsive if you have any issues or questions with the house. I would highly recommended booking. The house is absolutely beautiful. You will not want to leave, I promise. We will definitely book with them again next year for another family vacation. Summary: Our family took a vacation together to this lodge and with 13 people and two dogs, this lodge was large enough to accommodate everyone throughout our stay. The owners were very communicative before and during our visit and the lodge was nicely decorated and very well stocked. They have thought through every detail to make your visit welcoming and stress-free. The property has a great view and we enjoyed our time on the deck and back porch. Our family would definitely recommend a stay at the lodge!

Summary: I can go on and on about how awesome this place is! It had everything and more than what the typical place you would rent for a long weekend! If I can say one thing that impressed me the most, CLEANLINESS, the place was spotless and as clean as you could imagine. Felt like being at home! I could not thank Logan enough for being so responsive and timely on any question or concerns leading up to our stay! We will most certainly be back and looking forward to taking my wife, children and friends up as well! They have so many activities for children within the house, wouldn’t matter if it were summer or winter, the kids would be entertained! Do yourself a favor and book this place, no need to keep searching!

Summary: This home is amazing! All of the extra thoughtful extras really make the stay extraordinary!!! Logan does an amazing job supplying all household items and bathroom necessities! The layout is wonderful and so user friendly! Our family enjoyed all the features and loved being in this home! Thanks to Logan for sharing it!!! We also traveled a few days for just a short distance (15-20 minutes drive each day) for some awesome hiking paths! I don’t really know about local dining or shopping opportunities bc we didn’t do any of that. But if you are in the area for at least a few days, this home is a must!!

Summary: The place is incredibly spacious (and larger than the pictures made it seem), but Logan & Katie made it feel so warm and cozy with all their thoughtful touches. Their level of attentiveness and hospitality goes above and beyond. We had such a great time playing games, baking cookies, watching movies, etc. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Point Lodge! Everything was as described in the rental description. If anything, we didn’t realize just how nice and cozy it was. It was also decorated beautifully for the holiday! It was very clean and completely stocked for any needs we might have had. There are plenty of games and activities for the kids. And the adults enjoyed the bar and being by the warm fire. Wonderful to get together with family. The owners are very thoughtful and super helpful if needed! Highly recommend!

Summary: Absolutely fell in love with this property from the moment we all arrived. The house was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen/bar area were well stocked with dishes and utensils. The owners were friendly and responsive as well, which made the process very easy. Would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this house to anyone reading this review.

Summary: This “lodge” was the perfect place to come together with our daughters and families! The landlords were very communicative and were there to greet us upon arrival. The fall decorations were beautiful, kitchen fully stocked, rooms spacious and entertainment options extensive for all ages. The beds were very comfortable and bunk beds in the Cub’s Den had many playthings for young ones. Flight 93 Memorial a 1 hour drive west on Rt. 30.
