Greetings from the beautiful Lake Maggiore! This bright, spacious apartment features a great open floor plan and lots of practical amenities. Being an ownerโs unit, it is fully equipped with all the necessities and has been furnished to the highest standards. One of the best features are the big sliding terrace doors which flood the unit with natural light while providing stunning panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the beautiful surrounding landscape. The spacious terrace offers complete privacy and is a great place for dining, sunbathing or simply relaxing. While most days enjoy a gentle refreshing breeze from the lake below, during summer an awning can be easily extended over the entire terrace, allowing for continued use of the space even during the hottest part of the day. On rainy days, wi-fi internet access and two flat-screen TVs provide plenty of entertainment options for the whole family, as do books and a variety of board games which are also provided. A floor heating system allows for the setting of a constant, uniform temperature throughout the unit and other useful amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) will ensure maximum comfort and convenience during your stay. The apartment is located in a secure building with elevator and comes with a private one-car garage.
