Summary: House is exactly as pictured, but you don’t notice the furniture is below average and very easy to break. I sat on the couch and one of the legs broke. All I did was sit down and it cost me $125. This will happen to others. Main bedroom with king bed is fine but the other beds and Futons are not so comfortable. Everything is exactly as pictured but pay attention to detail. Low budget everything. Look at it closely. Maybe that's how all VRBO's are. They do supply a lot for you. Dish soap, trash bags, coffee maker, toaster, grill, washer, dryer. If the furniture was not low budget, I would give this a 5 star for all. Host is fast to respond and great to work with. I would be afraid to stay again for fear of extra charges. Great spot. Walmart and Target close and both deliver same day. Great pool. My only wish was the furniture would have been better. Everything else was great.

Summary: This property was perfect for our girls weekend. House was clean and had all the extras. Only think we would recommend is adding some kind of privacy screen or bushes around the pool fence to block the road view.

Summary: Our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed your home. The house was spacious enough for all 10 of us and the amenities were very much appreciated. The boys were able to walk to mini golf and enjoy ice cream on the way back. The pool was welcome with the extreme heat of the weekend. If our travels bring us back to the Churchville/Bel Air area again next year, we will definitely return.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The layout of the house is great with the bedrooms off to one side and the kitchen/living room off to the other. The pool was beautiful and had lights that automatically come on when it gets dark. It feels like a new beach house. We appreciated the ample towels and linens and the comfortable beds. The kitchen was nice and new with plenty of room for everyone to eat. The stadium was literally five minutes away which was perfect. There is also a Target, Walmart and Wegmans within 15 minutes. The farmstand up the street, Lohr's Orchard, was fabulous and had a little of everything. We would absolutely book here again.

Summary: We had an amazing stay in this lovely brand new home. Only minutes away from our family but also proximity to grocery and amenities. Owners were great with heir communication and the instructions were clear and easy. Couldn't have been better
