Positive: Clean apartment and quiet. It was very easy to get the keys from the host. It is very close to the bus station that takes you right to the center. A short walk from there takes you to the funicular.
Negative: The breakfast was only sweets and biscuits apart of the 6 eggs and some diary (milk and yogurt). We had to buy butter, ham and some vegetables. I was a bit worried about parking the car, you need to find a public space, and it is not guaranteed. We were lucky to park right in front of the building, crossing a little the legal space. Fortunately, it was fine.

Positive: Very nice host. He send us a lot of information about the city and recomandation were to eat and drink. Even is not very close to the center, a bus station is nearby.
Negative: The mattress of the bed wasn’t wery comfortable to me. For the breakfast I suggest Gigi gip all sweets croissantes and jams and making a partnership with one of the nearby bard (Barbacco for ex.) wher you can eat a pannini or else. The eggs and milk was good, but the rest was to much sweet for the breakfast :)
