Summary: The property was quite far from Valencia and it was really difficult to get taxis, that was too bad. The house was really nice and had great amenities. It was clean and comfortable. The communication was very good! The fence around the pool was a bit of a disappointment and the aircon took a while to get started.

Summary: To start with we had an amazing family holiday. The facilities were above and beyond what we expected for our large group of family and catered to all ages. It was close to a fantastic quiet beach and beach bar where the staff were so accommodating and food lovely! The bbq room was just amazing and we had many family evenings in relaxing with local food. The pool was good and safe with lockable fence which helped with little ones safety. Although it took about 4 days into our holiday for the treatment to clear the pool from previous renters damage. Just a few things that impacted our time here that made it a little difficult was the downstairs toilet next to kitchen was overrun with flies- enough so we couldn’t use the shower in it even after spraying it continuously with bug repellent. The showers in all bathrooms flowed outside of the cubicle with each use no matter how careful we were. And just to mention that we had a very hard time ordering taxi to the villa, but with the help of the campsite next door- the reception staff helped us tremendously with this! We cannot thank the campsite enough for all their help. We recommend the local go karting, the castle in Sagunto (bring lots of water) and the port for an evening. All in all, it was a good holiday making lots of nice memories and would recommend but definitely with a car if you wish to travel even into Sagunto itself was too far to walk, and unreliable taxi firms.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of 16 people for a week, we really enjoyed our time! The listing is accurate and the interior was lovely (the pool was also amazing!) but we all found it to be a little small for 16 people - however that was maximum capacity so understandable. There is a small supermarket and a beach bar at the apartment complex/campsite 3 minute walk from the villa, but to get to any big supermarkets it’s an hour walk and there’s little to no transport options so we struggled. The beach was nice, very quiet and a lot of space also about a 3-5 minute walk from the house and very easy to get to, we went there almost every day! Neighbourhood felt very safe, very very quiet as it’s mostly residential, and the villa had good security. The villa also has a rooftop terrace which we absolutely loved. Overall we were really impressed with the host and their hospitality, but just bear in mind space might be a slight issue if you’re a big group and you will definitely need a car for supermarket shops - the taxi services and public transport in the area are practically non existent.

Summary: Stayed here with 14 family members ages ranged from 20 months to 57 years. Alejandro was very accommodating with check out times following flight changes.
