Summary: Very comfortable and spacious for four adult (60's) women. One bathroom, so staggered, scheduled shower times was necessary and worked well for us. Very responsive and friendly owner. In a beautiful, old neighborhood. As long as you can do stairs to get up to the carriage house from the garage, book this - you'll be happy you did!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for three nights during the St James Court Art Show. We absolutely loved it! Super cool place with a loft bed (tricky for my 6’1” husband with the ceiling but we thought it was a fun adventure haha. Loved having a safe garage to park in and a spacious place to relax after long days. Coury was awesome with communication. We would love to stay again!

Summary: My family and I enjoyed the ease of access and the garage at this property. The owner was very responsive, even on a holiday, and checked on us during our stay via text. The location of the property is perfect it is within 10-20 minutes of every major attraction in Louisville. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is going to Louisville.

Summary: The Carriage House is beautiful, but definitely a man cave. Few decorations so it echoed when the kids talked. There were no shelves or any thing in the bathroom to put your stuff on when having multi people.

Summary: Bare bones, but had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The loft isnt exactly great for tall people, but we made it work. Loved the location and the host was awesome.

Summary: 3 girlfriends enjoyed bourbon tour. Beautiful old neighborhood that is being rebuild. Coffee walk in the morning but did not comfortable to walk at night. Felt safe staying there. Was only a couple miles from several distilleries. Slept 4/5 with comfortable wide bunk beds. Only complaint: better toilet paper. One ply is a little ruff.

Summary: Access to garage parking was so nice. The place was great. Convenient to downtown and The Expo Center. Would definitely book again. Owner was easy to deal with.

Summary: We were in town to take part in the St James Court Art Show. Perfect location if you are an artist or a visitor to the show. Neat, clean, charming and comfy. We felt very safe and secure and loved the indoor parking.

Summary: One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I was traveling alone with my daughter and we felt so safe there. The place is very cozy and not cluttered up with decorations. My daughter loved the loft and I actually slept on the top bunk. Beautiful light coming in from the windows. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't have had a better stay there we just wish we could've stayed longer. We will be back!
