Summary: I like this property and this is the 2nd time I've stayed there. The manager is super responsive to requests and goes out of her way to provide solutions to things that come up.

Summary: The house is as represented. It was clean and the back yard included some shaded patio area. Know that two bedrooms are upstairs and air conditioning doesn't always reach a 2nd floor. We used the fans provided up there and used extra blankets on the 1st floor BR where it got pretty cool. First two night were good. However, during the 3rd day, four guys showed up at about 11 am claiming they had reservations starting that night. (We had confirmation through one more.) The were able to ENTER THE HOUSE using the SAME CODE that we were given. Once inside they refused to leave, insisting that we pack up and go!!! My daughter-in-law was working there at the time and was very upset by this. They did not leave until my son went over to confront them. There is no reason anyone besides the host/owner should have the security code a guest is using. Although the host said this was a misunderstanding, it doesn't seem reasonable that the next guest would be showing up way before check in time. You should INSIST on a new door/lock code if you are going to stay here.

Summary: I had stayed at another property of Sharon's and she had set the bar high. This property did not disappoint. Clean and comfortable with a nice fenced in backyard which made the trip for my apartment dwelling dogs. Sharon was incredibly responsive to a glitch with the internet and extended me great flexibility as the length of my stay needed to be extended but I was unsure as to how long. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Summary: Comfortable, clean, updated. Fully fenced in backyard was a big factor in choosing this property. Beds were comfortable and home was stocked well with linens and cookware. We definitely hope to utilize this property on future trips to Tippecanoe Co.
