Positive: Everything was perfect. The house is very nice. The place is very clean and very confortable. The area is quite. The check in very easy with an entry code. So you can check in at any time. The kids were very happy and comparing the place to the five (5) stars hotels, we were staying at, before our vacation in Orlando. They clearly had a preference for Sunshine’s house. Sunshine is very reactive, with lots of attention to the customers needs. Please do not think twice if you are willing to book this place. It is a perfect choice at a very competitive price.
Negative: Looking the place on google map, we tough that the house was isolated without any neighborhoods. Raising questions of safety and reluctance to do the booking. However, when you reached the place, it was totally different, we had good neighborhoods and very nice houses all over the street. My family and I felt very safe. Google map has not yet updated the area in their map with all the houses all over so please do not hesitate to book the house, if you do not want to miss that great opportunity.

Positive: The condo is beautiful. Very spacious, and worked out great for our family of five. I felt like my family was very safe there too (which is important to me to be able to relax). I would recommend it to anyone.
Negative: No complaints at all. If I had to really dig I would say that my only complaint is that the tv remotes from the living room, downstairs bedroom, and master bedroom will control the others on accident. We would tell the kids to turn off their tvs and go to bed, and then our tv would turn on when they would. Not a real issue at all, but that is how great this property is that that’s my only “dislike”.
Summary: Nice enough to get the kids out of the theme parks a little early so we can spend time there. My feet thanks you!
