Positive: From the moment I checked in, I knew I had to return in the future. The building itself is beautiful: it's a restored family mansion turned hotel. It stands out and blends in with the beautiful neighbourhood of historic buildings and murals that surrounds it. The facilities are all modern and new, but the decor itself is eclectic and tastefully classic. The pool is small, but great for a soak. The laundry facilities are useful (there's no dryer but the sun works wonders). The fridge and kitchen as a whole is great to have, though the combination oven-microwave is a bit unconventional. The bed is supremely comfortable and the bathroom facilities are tight but useable. The desk is very convenient as someone who had to get work done during my stay. The AC works well, as does the in-room kitchenette. The outlet by the desk didn't fit my plug, but thankfully the very friendly staff went out of their way to get an adapter for me to use. Great value for money. Will likely return.
Negative: Mosquitoes seem to be a real issue in Curacao in general. Although they didn't get into my room, they were a mild annoyance in the common areas. The free breakfast isn't on the property, it's at a partner hotel, so you'll have to walk a minute down the road for breakfast. I had the french toast one morning and the omelet another morning. Both were fine, I prefered the omelet, but neither were very filling for me. It was the only true "downside" for me.

Negative: Neighbourhood maybe a bit concerning, but yet seems to be safe. The wardrobe height is not quite suitabe for clothes hanging.

Positive: The hotel is amazing. Beautiful and every historical detail in place. Don't look any further.
Negative: At first look the neighborhood is a state of regentrifcation. However, it is due to historical buildings being redone and holds on permits etc. It is 150m to a lovely village with restaurants and a quick walk to the pier or Peitermai district. Enjoy the beauty of the hotel and the fabulous a/c!

Positive: I truly recommend staying at this brand-new hotel everything during my stay was exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, my room was extremely comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The only minor issue was finding the location when driving from the airport, as the address wasn't yet updated on Google Maps. However, the staff provided a helpful reference point to make it easier to locate. I would definitely love to come back again!

Positive: I visited Curaçao with my parents and decided to stay here for a few days. This is a recently renovated mansion, the rooms and shared spaces are delightful, the staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance from the bridge and other interest points downtown. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, there is parking available right in front the hotel or in the back. I would definitely stay here again.
